PAYMENTS
$500 deposit
will confirm the reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment by Credit Card only.
CANCELLATIONS
If you
notify us of your need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit. If you
need to cancel after final payment is made you will be given a "rain check" for a future reservation. There is no refund for
early departures.
CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. Pacific time. NO Early Check-ins.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Please respect the house, neighbors, and neighborhood. If you move items return them to their orignial location before you depart.
Wash off beach sand before entering the house.
Notify owner of any lost, damaged, or non-working items.
No outside music, or inside
music that can be heard outside, after 10 pm.
Lock the doors and close the windows when you leave.
This is a NON SMOKING house. You
may smoke outside. Dispose of you cigarette butts in a safe manner.
Do not litter.
No international calls or 900 number calls
from the Surf House telephone.
Place all debris, rubbish and discards in trash barrels out front.
Wash all dishes, glasses, silverware,
and cooking equipment prior to departure.
Parking for a maximum of 2 cars in front of the house. Do not park on grass.

Return all keys and leave the house locked when you leave.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number
of overnight guests is limited to six (6) persons. Maximum of 6 additional day only visitor guests allowed.
PETS ARE WELCOME
Do not leave your pet in the house unattended. All pets must be on a leash when outside.
Pet owners are responsible for
cleaning up of any/all pet refuse.
Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur
extra cleaning fees.
All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive
is highly recommended. All pets should be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior
to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
DAMAGE WAIVER
The non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee covers damages up to $500. Guest will notify owner of any damages that occur during their
stay.
INJURIES
The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the
premises.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments
and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
